Supported Cards
Zutopia accepts Visa, Mastercard, eftpos, American Express, China UnionPay, and Japan Credit Bureau (JCB). If a payment fails, confirm your card is one of these supported types.
Why did my payment fail?
This can happen if:
Your card details are incorrect or out of date.
Your card isn't supported.
Stripe is unable to process the payment.
How do I fix it?
Check that your saved card details are correct.
Make sure you're using a supported card: Visa, Mastercard, eftpos, American Express, China UnionPay, or JCB.
Try the transaction again.
