Zutopia's transaction fees are built around the cost of processing payments through Stripe, which handles every card charge and payout on the platform.
Because Stripe is a third-party payment processor, the transaction fee shown during a trade includes the cost of moving money through Stripe's network.
What the Fee Covers
For buyers, the transaction fee includes card processing fees. For sellers, the transaction fee includes card-to-bank-account fees. Both are billed at 1.60% for domestic transactions and 3.45% for international transactions, subject to the relevant minimum fee on smaller trades.
