Stripe identity verification can occasionally take longer than expected. This is a normal part of Stripe's review process and is not unique to any individual account.
Expected Timeframes
Stripe KYC verification can take up to 14 days, however in most cases accounts are processed in less than 30 minutes. After submitting your information, close and reopen Zutopia for updates.
Troubleshooting
Problem: After Stripe onboarding, the app only shows the “Information Required” message
Cause: This message suggests that Stripe either needs additional information or is in the process of validating your account.
Solution: Completely close Zutopia, reopen it, and try again. This will prompt the app to recheck for updates from Stripe.
