Both buyers and sellers on Zutopia pay a transaction fee, though the fee covers a different cost depending on which side of the trade you are on. These fees help cover the cost of securely processing payments and payouts through Stripe.
The fee charged depends on whether the transaction is domestic or international, and the same rates apply to both buyers and sellers.
Understanding the difference helps you anticipate the total cost of buying or selling Zucoins.

Important Notes
A $5 USD fee is charged to both the buyer and seller on their first trade of each calendar month. If you don’t trade during that month, no fee is charged.
Transaction fees apply to both buyers and sellers.
A transaction is considered domestic when the buyer uses an AUD payment card and the seller receives payouts to an AUD bank account. Otherwise, the transaction may be treated as international.
All applicable fees are displayed before you confirm a trade.
Payments and payouts are securely processed through Stripe.
