To help keep the marketplace active and ensure trades are completed promptly, Zutopia applies time limits at each stage of a transaction.
If either the buyer or seller does not respond within the required time, the transaction will expire automatically.
Knowing these time limits in advance helps you avoid missing a trade request or having your listing deactivated unexpectedly.
Accepting a Trade Request
Once a trade request has been sent, both the buyer and seller have 60 seconds to complete each action required during the transaction.
Depending on the stage of the trade, you may need to:
Accept a trade request.
Review and confirm the transaction details.
Complete the Zucoin transfer.
Confirm the transaction within the app.
If no action is taken before the timer expires, the transaction will be cancelled automatically.
Listing Activity Windows
Marketplace listings remain active for three hours after they are created.
During the final 15 minutes, you'll have the option to renew your listing to keep it active. If you choose not to renew it, the listing will be temporarily hidden until you return to the app and reactivate it.
If a seller does not respond to a trade request within the required time, their listing may also be automatically deactivated.
Important Notes
Both buyers and sellers are subject to the same 60-second response time during each stage of a transaction.
If either party does not respond before the timer expires, the transaction is cancelled and no trade is completed.
Keep notifications enabled and have your device nearby while you have an active listing or transaction to avoid missing time-sensitive prompts.
If your listing is deactivated because a trade request was missed, you can reactivate or recreate it from My Listings if you still wish to trade.
