However, you do not need to already hold Zucoins in that wallet to get started.

You must have a Zucoins Wallet to be able to trade on Zutopia, but the wallet does not need to already contain Zucoins. You can link an empty wallet and acquire Zucoins through a Buy listing once it is verified.
