Troubleshooting
Problem: Your wallet shows a zero balance after verification
Cause: Clearing your browser history on Android can reset your Zucoins Wallet and disconnect it from Zutopia.
Solution: Restore your Zucoins Wallet using your backup file by tapping the cog icon in the top right of the wallet, selecting Restore Wallet, and choosing your backup file.
